A new trade has been placed. Feb QQQ $71.00 call options have been purchased for $0.21. QQQ is currently trading at $67.22. The target price of the trade is $1.00. Some reasons for the trade are:
- technical breakout on the charts
- earnings season approaching (Apple, Qualcomm, Cisco, Microsoft) before expiration
- heavy percentage of QQQ are just a few companies (Apple, Intel, Qualcomm, Cisco, Microsoft)
- small capital expenditure for possible large gain
